Feeling exhausted now the not so New Year is well under way???

450 grams green beans
1 cup chopped celery
3 zucchini, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup of chopped cabbage
2 cups tomato passata
2 cups filtered water
2 Tbsp raw honey
2 tsp paprika
2 cups chicken broth
pepper, garlic and any other seasonings to taste
combine ingredients and simmer for one hour just until veggies are tender.
Makes 12 serves at 39 calories per serve
