Dear All, I hope the new year has kicked off to a flying start and that positivity is high. Like other aspects of your life a positive outlook on success is essential to your weight management program. We sometimes need reminding that believing in oneself is a key ingredient of our success. Starting any new endeavor with doubts is bound to lead to poor results and this rings true for weight management also. Belief in one’s ability to commit and follow through is an essential component of staying on track. Before and during any weight management program it is so important to believe in your ability to succeed…on a daily basis. It is also important to value yourself for who you are outside of your weight. Keeping focus on the future whilst appreciating ‘you’ for who you are, and allowing yourself to value all your positive attributes and accomplishments will help keep you motivated and on track.
