Natural Healthy Cells
Cells, cells and more cells. 100 000 billion of them in fact. Each one a community of its own. What makes a natural healthy cell? Its environment (internal and external). The environment dictates the way the cell expresses its genetic material in the nucleus via the so called “junk genes” which act as the dials for the broadcasting signal being received. You could almost say that the nucleus is not the brain, but rather the gonads (reproductive element) of the cell and the brain is the membrane that reads the signals from the external environment. (Refer to Dr Bruce Lipton, PHD. Epigenetics)
The amazing thing to ponder is the underlying intelligence that makes the cells function. We certainly don’t consciously control when and how our cells do things. This intelligence is on our side, conducive to life. With this fundamental principle in mind, how can we see our current disease or condition as pro-life??? This is why disease needs to be seen as a compensatory measure by the cells or a failure to access resources any further, to maintain the compensatory efforts. Even malignant tumors mostly consist of white blood cells. Therefore our only job is to provide what the body needs. Not a basket of medication, but real nutrition and real rest. If you have chronic fatigue syndrome for example…you need to rest! If you have a debilitating headache, don’t pop a pill and keep going about your day. You need to rest and stop doing whatever it is that is possibly causing the headache in the first place. Listen to your body. It is smarter than you! For example we don’t know how to filter toxins from our blood – our body does!
This intelligence permeates all of nature. It’s what makes the plants grow, the ocean self-oxygenate and it keeps our planet in perfect proximity to other planets.
Therefore, if you have a disease or condition you were not born with, it probably means you are likely living a life disconnected from your true self and are disconnected from what real life should consist of. This relates to believing false hoods and not living what is truly meant for you. The cells reflect this! The mechanisms are there.

• 1 handful of strawberries
• 250-300mls coconut milk

BLEND! If you don’t have all the ingredients, make it anyway, as along as there is some kind of milk such as coconut.
***Remember to exercise 30 min a day so your immune cells don’t lose the capacity to recognize bacteria and virus cells.
