Homemade Mustard
Many pre-made mustard’s found on the supermarket shelves contain preservatives, sugar and gluten. This is a simple recipe to make at home and it tastes delicious!

Ingredients
100 g yellow mustard seeds
100 ml white-wine vinegar
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp turmeric
Good quality salt and black pepper
Directions
1. Place the mustard seeds in a ceramic bowl and soak in cold water for 12-24 hours. Cover the bowl with a plate to prevent absorbing any bad smells. Rinse the seeds in water once done.
2. Place aside 1 tablespoon of soaked seeds. Blend all other ingredients together in a food processor or hand blender, until smooth. Stir through the previous separated seeds for texture. If you prefer smooth mustard – mix all seeds together well. Store in a sterilized jar in the fridge.
