– 1 pear, cut into pieces (discard the core)
– 200mL milk of your choice (almond milk or Coconut Quench are great options)
– a big handful of spinach
– a handful of oats
– 1 tablespoon of almond butter
– 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract
