Sheree is a clinical nutritionist with a passion to help people achieve better health. Instead of the usual one size fits all diet regime, Sheree works with you to tailor a personalised nutrition program using real, whole foods.

Mum of 3 growing kids, Sheree appreciates how difficult it can be to juggle life, kids and healthy lifestyle.
Starting her career in the corporate IT world, Sheree discovered natural therapies through her own health problems (gut, allergies, sleep, weight…). Then the kids came along and everything changed! Leaving the corporate world to study and follow her passion.
Working as a community care worker specialising in dementia care, she witnessed first-hand the importance of nutrition (and lifestyle and environment) on brain health. So this is her focus for people of all ages… “Healthy body, Healthy mind“.
